Lab Safety Agreement

Purpose

By completing this safety agreement, you are submitting a legal document stating you have read and understand the Chemistry Laboratory Safety at Home document and are agreeing to adhere to the safety rules and follow all lab directions as written in the procedures when you do the experiments on your own at home.  The risk involved in any experiment is very low if you follow the procedure.
